  1. Nice..

I got to your blog because a friend in UK get turned back at the Airport due to Yellow card.. we are sorting it out and would update you.
While going through your Living List, I noticed you have visited the Sagrada!
nice one, was in Barcelona in December 2014 while on a tour of few countries in Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain) and the Sagrada was indeed a Monument, had to get a visual guide book of Antonio Gaudi

if you plan a group tour soon, will love to join.

let me continue my tour of your pages, will keep you posted on the Yellow fever card issue.

    1. Thanks, Olumide and wow, sorry about the airport incident. Hope you guys sort it out without any more stress.

I loved visiting Sagrada Familia as well. I was very fascinated about the completion time but now, it doesn’t seem that far away.

  2. Hi Amarachi,

  4. Hi..! Amarachi, your blog i must say is amazing. I have travelled most of West Africa and currently working on my Pan – African Travel Website Project dedicated to first time travellers to the African Continent, Its taken me a bit of time and i keep going, its a passion. Also not left out is my Travel Website on Nigeria. I did like to have your contact, i could share a few tips on my project sites maybe you may offer me a few advice.

    1. Hi Roland, that’s amazing. I’d love to check out your sites. Could you send me an email? My address is on my About me page.

  5. Hi dear,

    Lovely blog about your travels.

Heres my list: Visit all the UNESCO World Heritage Sites (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Heritage_Sites_by_country).

As of July 2018, there are a total of 1,092 World Heritage sites.

Thats enough to really keep the exploring spirit alive and kicking till I’m old : )

I plan to start soon and record my journeys in my own blog just like you.

Thanks for the inspiration to start that I needed.

    1. Hi Roland, Thanks for visiting my blog. You’ve also inspired me to make a similar list of World Heritage sites I’ve visited and want to visit, how many have you been to so far?

  6. Just came to your blog for the first time even though I follow you on twitter and ig and I must say your blog is amazing. I’m a traveller too and your posts are so inspiring and I am going to start travelling more within Nigeria and West Africa thanks to you. I have a quite a long wish list too but half the time end up postponing trips.

    1. Thank you, Tokini! I’m really happy to know you’ve decided to explore West Africa and Nigeria more. Can’t wait to see what you get up to. Feel free to reach out for tips if you need them.

  7. You have an amazing life. I am inspired to start traveling too. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I pray that you your trips are always safe and exciting.

    1. Thank you, Israel. Glad this blog has inspired you to start travelling. Share your adventures once you get up to it 🙂

  8. I’m glad I stumbled over your blog, also have this ‘fever’ for traveling, been to a few countries, mostly North America, Europe and as far as South Korea but I have only done one African country, Benin. I just realised my fear for doing road trips within Africa has been basically hinged on insecurity but you have just given the kick I need to chase my passion, now I’m considering do a West African Road trip during my Leave rather than traveling out of the continent, for that, I thank you.

    1. Makes me happy to read this. Road trips in (West Africa) can be daunting but we’re up to the challenge! 🙂 Please write back after your trip. Would love to read about your experience.

  9. I already have a soft spot for you…..the way I love to explore ehn, though I have not made the time to do most of these things but I know soon. Here are some of the things I would love to do

      1. hopefully soon…am working on it. would actually love to plan a trip on a budget for a group of friends. Would love if u could help me out. Look forward to hearing from you. 😀

  10. All awesome things to do. I’d say.. see the Northern Lights, climb Mt Kilimanjaro and scuba dive.

    1. Wait, can I scuba dive if I can’t even swim?…. asking for a friend!?

      1. I’ve heard that you can. I can’t really swim either (I’m learning) but I’m going to do this any chance I get

I love to hear from you, Leave a comment here!

How beautiful! 🥹🌸🍃

Japan in Sakura Season is absolutely stunning. I still can't believe we got to enjoy it without the overwhelming crowds.

If you're heading there in a few months, DO consider going off the beaten path. It is so so worth it, I promise you!

Here are alternative cities to consider for lighter crowds without missing out on the "Japan travel experience!"

Tokyo >>> Nagoya, Matsumoto, Fukuoka
Kyoto >>> Magome, Narai, Kanazawa, Kibune
Osaka >>> Okayama
Hakone, Fuji : Skip the day trip and stay overnight

Comment "Sakura" and I'll share the link to my Japan Itinerary blog post to help you plan your trip easily!
