Road Trip Finds: 20 Songs on My Playlist This Month

One of my favourite companions, whenever I travel (by road or air), is a very good playlist. Here’s a (not so) Fun Fact: I can listen to one song over and over again, for hours on end and not get tired of it. During my 12-hour overnight train ride from Cairo to Luxor, I listened to only one song throughout the entire trip!

        1. Ah well, you did now ๐Ÿ™‚ (Re – your (non-favorite songs – And don’t worry, I know how hard it can be to choose, so I was kinda expecting a short list of your current favorites).

Tired of the usual tourist spots? You have to check out Suwon, South Korea, home to the incredible Hwaseong Fortress (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) - and you have to stay the night! ๐ŸŒ™ Getting here is super easy - just hop on the subway from Seoul, and in about an hour, you're stepping back into history. There are also super comfortable buses (which I used during my stay) Some of my favourite memories here include: โ›…๏ธ Walking the Suwon Fortress Wall (the views are pretty wonderful, especially at sunset) โ˜•๏ธ Finding the best cafes in the city ๐Ÿ“š Visiting the Starfield Library ๐Ÿ‘ฃ Just walking around the city Suwon is the perfect blend of historical charm and modern Korean city life, and it's easily one of the best day (or overnight) trips from Seoul.
